Today is the day I post the official song of the summer. It is HERE COME THE GIRLS by the Emperor of the World, Ernie K-Doe.
This is a song by a man who clearly is fond of women. In his song, Mr. K-doe claims he would even deny himself the pleasures of lemon-aid, if only for that sweetest of nectars—the fairer sex. Let it be known however, that one concept that he does hold dearer to his heart is freedom—especially when freedom of choice is exercised in the selection of a member of the female gender.
