Navy Seals Freedom Challenge

When my friend Nate Page told me about his new Navy Seals workout routine he’s been practicing, my first thought was that this should be a competition to prove how much stronger I am than he is.  Also to prove that I love freedom more.  Thus the NAVY SEALS FREEDOM CHALLENGE was born.

The workout (as explained by Nate’s brother):

“set of pushups (start at 10 reps?), followed immediately by “raising the roof” motion until it burns”

Note: I didn’t believe it but raising the roof totally feels awesome after doing pushups.

“set of squats…”

“set of 20 crunchs or any cool ab workout you can find…”

This is done three days a week and in my case, while my fiancee Cassie makes fun of me.

THE CHALLENGE:

On Saturday night, Nate will take a picture of himself lifting something especially heavy and send it to me.  I will then have ONE HOUR to find a similar object, take a picture of ME lifting it, and send it back to him from my camera phone.

EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS RIGHT HERE.
