Last week I wrote about the ghosts that probably live in my attic and keep me awake in a pool of terror-sweat every night.  I can now sleep easy for a good omen has been discovered!  This weekend, my wife proclaimed:

“Brad! There’s a wizard in the bathroom!”

I can only assume that the feeling I felt after hearing this is similar to what an 8-year old might feel like after hearing that Santa is real and that he’s made the child’s parents love each other again and also, brought a new Nintendo Wii.

I ran to the bathroom and discovered this in the floor tile:

HALLELUIAH. This is about 1 million times awesomer than finding the virgin Mary in your grilled cheese or WHATEVER.  Also everyone knows that wizards HATE ghosts (pretty sure that’s in the Old Testament somewhere) so consider my fears eased.

For those readers unaccustomed to seeing wizards in mundane objects, I have enhanced the image (with computers!) on your behalf:

Unfortunately, someone broke into our car last night and jacked the stereo so apparently the wizard’s influence extends only so far.  (FROWNY-FACE-EMOTICON)
